Mountain Live Explorer IBERIA Description
Explore IBERIAN mountains wit Mountain Live Explorer, is an augmented reality application which you can use to have information on SPAIN, PURTUGAL, ANDORRA and GIBRALTAR mountains peak. This application supports Italian and English languages, the database has more then 8.000 names of mountains and places. It's also available a function that you can use to search in the database a name of mountain and display it informations on a map with all the mountains around. Using the GPS functionality is possible to have the distance from you and the mountain.The application gives you also useful features for your security: a compass for your orientation, the possibility to send an SOS light signal and, if the phone signal is available, an SOS SMS with your latest coordinate registered by the GPS.
You can record your journeys and see them on Google Maps and export to GPX, so you can view them later.
If an internet connection is available, Google Maps can show you the map and contour lines, otherwise you will see a basic visualization with the peaks position.
