Samsung has removed the Menu button from new phones and tables. If you no longer have a menu button "press and hold" the "recent button" (it should be the key to the left of the home button) that will bring you up the menu for NavigationPro.

1.2.4.6* For users having trouble with cloud backup we have added the ability to manually backup to your SD Card if you have one. When you get a new phone/device just make sure you backup your old device to SD Card from the menu. Take your SD Card and put it in your new device, download NavigationPro+ again and then press Restore from the menu.
